Nachi-Fujikoshi Corp. have been strengthening a supply structure of competitive
products in the three areas in the world and have been promoting expansion
of oversea business. This time, we will establish a new manufacturing company
in the Czech Republic to bolster a bearing manufacturing structure in Europe.

Nachi-Fujikoshi Corp. has manufacturing bases in the three areas in the
world to meet the demand for local supply from Japanese companies such as
auto-manufacturers and automotive parts manufacturers, and from local manufacturers
in overseas.
