More than 80 engineers, technicians, tradesmen, and sales personnel at NACHI Europe GmbH serve potential and existing clients in Germany and in practically all European countries. The NACHI product range includes metal-cutting tools, roller bearings, hydraulic equipment & systems, industrial robots, and machine tools. All products manufactured in-house by NACHI work together as a unique integrated system. This makes the Japanese manufacturer a supplier and outfitter for the automotive, machine building, and automation industrial sectors, rail & ground transport equipment manufacturing, raw materials exploration and mining, energy generation, plus aerospace.
Bearings – Since 1939, the outstanding quality of NACHI roller bearings has been convincing. This is due to the company's unusually high level of vertical integration. Every production step, from crude steel and heat treatment up to machining and assembly of the bearings, is carried out and monitored in-house. Currently, NACHI supplies a comprehensive range of deep-groove, cylindrical roller, tapered roller, and precision bearings for applications in general machine building, aerospace, and the demanding automotive industry.
Cutting Tools – NACHI supplies convincing high-performance tools for industrial applications. Quality and process reliability of NACHI's drilling, milling, thread-cutting, hobbing, and broaching tools are based on our high level of vertical integration. Crude steel production, powder production, pressing, sintering, heat treatment, coating, grinding – NACHI's experts are masters in all the necessary processes. Our sintering processes, grinding and coating procedures were developed in house and are continuously optimized – a driving innovative force. NACHI's machining tools are technically always up-to-date: Quality and precision made in Japan.
Robots – With the development of our first high-performance industrial robots in the 1960's, NACHI proved its high innovative abilities in the field of automation. Since then, NACHI has continuously expanded its range of industrial robots. Today, NACHI provides customized automation solutions with robots for all application areas. Whether loading/unloading of machine tools and injection molders or picking, packaging, and palletizing of all kinds of components, plus spot & seam welding in the automotive and steel construction industries, as well as positioning and assembling small components in electronics manufacturing.
Hydraulics – Since the development of our first own rotary vane pump in 1943, NACHI has achieved an outstanding position in the hydraulics market, and continuously expands it through permanent investments in research and development. For decades, we have been a strong partner in the field of industrial and mobile hydraulics.
