Nachi action for new coronavirus issue

Dear customers,

On behalf of Nachi Europe, I would like to express our deepest sympathy to our customers in difficult situations due to the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19).
We sincerely hope that this situation will end as soon as possible and that a peaceful life can be regained.

We would like to inform you about our response to this virus spread prevention:

Based on the recent situation of the new coronavirus infectious disease, Nachi Europe is gradually applying teleworking from March 18, 2020 to maintain the health and safety of our employees.

We are taking the following measures to prevent inconvenience of our customers, however, we would like to ask your cooperation and understanding until the situation is calmed down.

  • We can handle most of inquiries, order intake, delivery order, etc. as usual by operating remotely from home office. (Operating time: 9AM to 5PM)
  • Warehouse is operating as usual.
  • All telephone calls to Krefeld office are redirected to the mobile phone of our customer service and sales.
  • Fax and mail are being checked frequently but we recommend using e-mail or phone communication as much as possible.
